International Shipping Information

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Conservation Support Systems ships most of our products over the border, overseas, and around the world. You have several shipping options: we can send your shipments via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (Fed-Ex) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our preference is the United States Postal Service for most international shipments for smaller orders. We have found that they give us the best service for packages that must get there quickly. We have a very good track record with them and their rates are quite competitive; as much as 25 to 50% less than the others with no brokerage fees. We will of course, ship your packages by whichever service you request. All shipments to any foreign APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes can only be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES
Please keep in mind that no matter which shipping provider is used, every country will have some combination of fees such as Customs, Duties, and/or Government Taxes. In some countries these costs can be considerable. Most of these fees are calculated based on the declared value of the items within the package and will be declared at the total amount of the products for custom’s purposes. Conservation Support Systems is not responsible for any such Duties, Taxes or Fees. Any and all Duties, Taxes or Fees are always the responsibility of the receiver and are impossible for us to quote ahead of time. Your packages will not be released to you until these fees are paid. In addition to this, UPS and FedEx have Brokerage Fees. We at Conservation Support Systems are not responsible for, and do not have anything to do with, the assessment of any of these fees. If, for whatever reason, you refuse to pay these fees and/or if you refuse the package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. Any refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges (to you and back to us) and any and all fees will be at your expense.
