Apollo Turbine HVLP Spray System

The APOLLO 835 uses a three stage turbine to achieve 7 psi at 115 cfm. One important advantage over conventional spray systems is that turbine sprayers warm the air 20-40°F above ambient temperature. This warming effect of the air almost eliminates blushing of coating materials even in the most humid climates.

The Apollo model 800 achieves a transfer efficiency average of 80%, meeting or exceeding all known government codes for transfer efficiency. This system will spray lacquers, stains, oil and latex paints, enamels, varnishes, catalyzed coatings and most other sprayable coatings.

The Apollo model 835 spray system is all metal, no plastic parts to break. The power unit is a three stage turbine with double air filtration. It weighs approx. 32 lbs. and measures 13" wide by 13" high by 17" long. Included with the power unit is 24 feet of flex air hose.

The spray system comes complete with the model A5000 Super-Spray HVLP cup gun (screw on style). The spray gun body is made of aluminum pressure die cast with stainless steel tip, needle, and fluid parts. The spray gun cup is made of aluminum with a TFE finish applied to prevent corrosion. The gun contains no plastic parts like most other guns costing twice the price.

If you are looking for a new spray system for your lab, this one can't be beat.
