Butchers Bowling Alley Wax

Butcher's Wax is a blend of carnauba and microcrystalline waxes with mineral spirits as a softening agent. It can be used on wooden surfaces as well as marble, metals (brass, copper...), etc. It is widely used on outdoor sculptures as a protective coating by itself or over a coating of Incralac. Butcher's Wax is available in a Clear, Amber and Brown finish. The wax is packaged in one pound cans and sold by the each or by the case which contains 12 one pound cans.

To clear up any misconceptions, the Butcher's Wax that we sell today is manufactured by BWC. BWC bought the rights to manufacture and sell this product under the original name and is made to the exact same specifications as the original Butcher's Wax. When the Butcher's Wax Co was bought out by Johnson and Johnson Wax Co. some years ago, they closed the Butcher's Wax Co. division and with it, the manufacturing of Butcher's Wax. We take great pride in offering this product from its new manufacturer.
